Esther Falkowitz has played an integral role in the strategic direction of the company since its inception. An industry trendsetter, Esther leverages 20 years of management experience to revolutionize QFS by introducing green initiatives and waste reduction measures. Her broad background in the hospitality, food service, and wholesale sectors enables her to understand the diverse needs of facility owners and service them accordingly. Esther is a Brooklyn mother famed for orchestrating elegant and entertaining community fundraisers.
President and Co-Founder
Yidel Falkowitz co-founded QFS 15 years ago to help businesses transform their image through superior maintenance of facilities and workspaces. Building on his prior experience in operations management, Yidel is both the visionary leader and hands-on implementer behind the company’s impressive growth and expansion of services. When he’s not at QFS headquarters, Yidel can be found dedicating his personal time and resources to benefit infertility research and bring joy to children with cancer.
As Chief Financial Officer, Benjamin Stern sets the foundation for QFS’s financial success. He leads a robust financial environment boasting ample credit and cash flow to finance large-scale maintenance projects. Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset, Benjamin directs the QFS accounting team with absolute integrity and company-wide transparency. Benjamin possesses 8 years of financial leadership experience and holds a B.A. in Accounting from New York’s Excelsior College.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Isaac integrates various organizational functions – including sales, operations, and finance – to create unified focus on company goals. He directs all Regional and Area Managers, maintains operating budgets, and actively recruits new employees. Prior to joining QFS in 2007, Isaac managed supply chains at Kedem Winery and B&H Photo and Video. There, he gained the valuable skills he needs to supervise teams, coordinate large-scale projects, and iron out complex logistical challenges.
Burton Louissaint has been a valued member of the QFS management team since 2009. As General Manager, he has implemented staffing policies, contracting procedures, and team safety improvements that have directly influenced company growth. Burton has an extensive 25-year history in the maintenance industry. He previously managed operations for industry-leading companies including ISS International, Venture Services, and Cleantec Support Services. Burton attended
City University of New York and is an active member of his church organization.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Moshe leads and oversees all aspects of marketing pursuits. Moshe is a marketing specialist with a proven record with over 7 years of experience of driving business for diverse industries. Passion for creating sharp messages that attract attention and drive responses. Known for taking a hands-on approach in directing and collaborating with our team, clients and bringing creative concepts to life.
Director of Quality Restoration
Aharon with years of experience behind him, joins the QFS team with his trademark commitment to customer satisfaction and a mission to expand our specialized property restoration services.
Director of Day Laborers
Equipped with a broad background in real estate development and construction, Tuly Weiss is eminently qualified to lead the QFS Day Laborers division. His deep understanding of construction gives him the insight to match highly-skilled laborers with construction sites throughout the tristate area. Tuly joined QFS in 2009, and has maintained a strong focus on site and employee safety. In keeping with the QFS tradition of excellence, Tuly screens each member of the workforce for clean background, high level of skill, and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Director of Special Services
Yidy Werzberger has been leading Disaster Response teams since 2010. He is certified in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation by the IICRC, the cleaning industry’s gold standard accreditation. Yidy joined QFS after a tenure as Inspection Specialist at Enviro Cleaning, where he specialized in air quality testing and carpet and flooring inspection. With his signature commitment and get-it-done approach, Yidy directs 24/7 recovery teams whenever disaster strikes.
Sam Gross joined QFS in 2012 as a Team Supervisor overseeing post-business hours janitorial and maintenance crews. As Regional Director, he also manages client relations in the NYC region. Sam’s extensive background in retail operations affords him the customer service skills essential to maintaining peak client satisfaction levels. Under Sam’s management, service quality and customer retention have soared to their highest ever.
An integral member of our finance team, Leiby Gliksman has positively influenced financial transparency at QFS. He ensures flawless compliance with regulations, and manages certified payroll in all of its
complexities. Leiby’s accounting background at J. Gliksman CPA P.C. has bolstered his knowledge of taxation, a valuable asset in running a fiscally responsible and compliant business. Leiby is a Bachelor of
Science candidate in Excelsior College’s Accounting program.
His next goal is to attain CPA designation.
