As we transition towards the reopening of businesses and buildings, it would be in everyone’s best interest to work proactively to protect both QFS employees and tenants in your building.
Quality Facility Solutions, (QFS) has been following CDC guidelines and best practices for proper COVID-19 environmental cleaning and disinfection procedures since the onset of the pandemic. The following is a list of items that QFS has completed during the shutdown:
- All trash removal and detail vacuuming have been completed.
- Full bathroom detailing was achieved.
- Applicable surfaces have been thoroughly disinfected on numerous occasions (as per request).
In preparation for Re-Occupancy,
QFS is taking the following steps:
- All new, furloughed, and laid-off employees will complete a medical questionnaire before returning to their new or previous assignments.
- If property managers/owners are issuing temperature tests daily, QFS employees will comply.
- All employees will be trained and informed on proper PPE guidelines. This will always include wearing masks and gloves, proper hand sanitation (wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds), avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth, as well as adhering to social distancing rules.
- Cleaners will use the CDC approved disinfectant, 3M-25A in all areas.
- Upon request, we will add hand sanitizing stations around your spaces.

Establishing Operating Hours of Occupied Suites:
- Establishing operating hours of occupied suites will enable QFS to provide their cleaners with hours of admission for cleaning so that social distancing mandates can be respected.
- QFS cannot enforce social distancing if the tenants allow their employees to work outside of the SET operating hours.
