With over 20 years of leadership in hospitality & integrated facilities management industry, Valon brings a unique blend of commercial acumen, cultural fluency, and entrepreneurial vision to his role as Chief Commercial Officer. A multilingual leader with a proven ability to built trust and navigate complexity across diverse global markets.

Starting his career in hospitality industry, Val spent more than 15 years mastering the art of delivering exceptional experiences, where service excellence, attention to detail, and adaptability were non-negotiable. He believes that hospitality principles – anticipating needs, creating memorable experiences, and putting people at the center – are critical to transforming facilities management in today’s competitive landscape.

Over a decade, Valon has taken on senior roles in operations, contract management and business development.

For the past 11+ years at ISS Facilities Services North America, he has led multi-million-dollar global contracts – mobilizing operations, guiding large-scale transitions, and driving measurable value for clients.

A caring leader with a strong sense of humor and high emotional intelegence, Val is known for making high-pressure environments feel collaborative and energizing. His approach balances high expectations with genuine support, empowering teams to perform at their best. His entrepreneurial mindset allows him to spot opportunities, innovate service delivery, and challenge the status quo – always with high integrity at the core. His leadership is grounded in a simple belief: commercial success is built on people, trust, and disciplined execution.

Outside of work, Val is a devoted husband to his wife, a special education and math teacher in NYC’s public schools, and proud father of two sons—a 20-year-old law student and a 17-year-old preparing for college. He recharges through reading, golfing, travel, cooking, sports, beach escapes and skiing.

Now, as Chief Commercial Officer at QFS, Val is excited to join a world-class team to accelerate growth, elevate service delivery, and set new industry benchmarks. With hospitality-driven thinking, entrepreneurial agility, and a shared commitment to excellence, he is determined to drive commerical momentum in QFS to new milestones in the years ahead.
