Our Bids Department Continues to Expand with the Addition of Bid Manager, Michael Ngo

Michael Ngo is a seasoned professional and joins our expanding proposals department the Bid Manager at Quality Facility Solutions. Michael will focus on RFP strategy, bid evaluation, and proposal development across government and facility services.

He manages the full bid lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities and making Bid/No-Bid decisions to building clear, submission-ready proposals. Known for turning complex scopes into simple, decision-ready outputs, Michael works closely with operations and leadership to align pricing, risk, and execution strategy.

He previously supported procurement and RFP development at the New York City Housing Authority, gaining hands-on public-sector experience and cross-functional exposure.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Michael brings a practical, fast-paced mindset to his work and is a lifelong New York Knicks fan.
