In this month’s Employee Spotlight we proudly recognize the great works of Leonela Aviega from our Steady Maintenance Division. Leonela is another of our dedicated cleaning technicians who goes above and beyond for our clients and brings pride to our team! Below are comments from Leonela and her experience with the QFS team.

A Message from Evelyn –

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the company for giving me the opportunity to be part of this team. It is deeply gratifying to have my effort and dedication recognized, which confirms that I understood and put into practice the training my supervisor provided, and which I will undoubtedly apply in the future. A phrase she repeated to me on numerous occasions, and which I will always carry with me, is: “I will be an ENTREPRENEURIAL woman.” Upon joining this company, I not only received job training, but also invaluable personal development training, which has marked a turning point in my professional and personal growth. Quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento a la compañía por brindarme la oportunidad de formar parte de este equipo de trabajo. Es profundamente satisfactorio para mí que mi esfuerzo y dedicación sean reconocidos, lo que confirma que entendí y puse en práctica el entrenamiento que mi supervisora me brindó, y que sin duda aplicaré en el futuro.

Una frase que ella me repitió en numerosas ocasiones y que siempre llevaré conmigo es: “Seré una mujer EMPRENDEDORA”. Al incorporarme a esta compañía, no solo recibí capacitación laboral, sino también un valioso entrenamiento en crecimiento personal, que ha marcado un antes y un después en mi desarrollo profesional y personal.
